Several years ago I found a floor plan for a home that I really liked even though I was not in the market for a home at that time. When I decided to move I called to see if he would still build that model in Bridgetower. At first I had dreaded the thought of having a house built because I had heard horror stories from people who had their homes built. That was not the experience that I had with Bill Davis Construction. Bill was very pleasant and helpful when it came to my making changes to the floor plan. Anytime that I had a question or concern it was always answered promptly. Brayden (foreman) and his entire crew were very professional and it was a pleasure to work with them all. I have been in my home almost 5 years now and have not had any problems with it at all. If I were to build another home I would definitely use Bill Davis Construction as my builder again. Bill Davis Construction is a Master Builder. He builds a superior quality home for your money. I enjoy the open floor plan very much and really enjoy the large master bedroom and bath. My home is located in Bridgetower. I enjoy Bridgetowers’ pools and open spaces. The homes are located in pods and keeps traffic to a minimum. I also really appreciated the fact the CC&R’s are enforced so that the subdivision always looks nice. Don’t be afraid to ask if something can be changed when building your home. Stop by regularly and meet the subcontractors who are putting their heart and soul in to your home.

In looking for a retirement home, it’s important to locate a well-built, single-level home near amenities. After four years of searching, looking at both new and existing homes, we drove past the model homes in Villa Rosa. One model was perfect size and layout! Since bare lots were still available, we were thrilled to select a lot of our choice, and then have the model built with a few minor changes. It turned out wonderful. And with being newly-built, the concern of maintenance of the older home that we previously owned (15+ years old) is no longer a concern.

Bill, Brayden, and crew were responsive to changes, friendly, and the work flowed smoothly. Building a home, even a spec home, is never an easy task (like some of the home shows make it seem!) but the team at Bill Davis construction did it well. Especially considering that we were living out-of-state, so almost all of it was done through emails and phone calls. Now that is truly amazing!

When we were looking for a home, we knew BridgeTower was where we wanted to live. Of all the models, Bill Davis Construction had the best model for our family’s needs. During the construction process, Bill was available to answer any questions we had. He brought a wealth of experience and had suggestions for us when we wanted this or that “tweaked”. When we decided to build another new home in 2004 we didn’t even consider another builder

We had Bill Davis Construction build a home for us in 1997 which we were very, very pleased with. When we decided to build another new home in 2004 we didn’t even consider another builder. Bill Davis was extremely easy to work with. One thing that we found interesting was that in most cases we had the same plumbers, electricians, painters and other subcontractors on both homes. They all did quality work. When a home inspection was done on our first home when we sold it, the inspector could not find a single construction problem with the house. If we were to ever build another home we would once again have Bill Davis Construction build it for us.

Bill Davis Construction should be recognized for Construction Excellence because of the high quality, fairly priced work that they do. They are truly a quality business and are a real pleasure to work with. We would, and have, recommend them to anyone considering buying or building a new home.
