B & B Electric has been a family owned electrical contracting company since 1948. The current owner, Tom Brown, purchased the company from his father in 1974. Tom’s two sons, Eric and Mikel, have worked with Tom in the business for 11 years. The main business philosophy of B & B Electric is “Treat the customer as you would want to be treated.” We specialize in working with the contractor that believes in the “TEA M” concept. We feel we can give the end user the best product if we all work together.

B&B has been working with Bill Davis Construction since 1977 when we started. Tom has also served as the Chair for the State Electrical Board. Tom, Eric, and Mikel keep us on the cutting edge of technology and energy efficiency. Who works for us? They are the best in the industry and a big key to the sucessess of Bill Davis Construction. Bill has put together a team of subcontractors that are among the best in the industry. A-1 Heating and Air Conditioning has been working for Bill Davis Construction building new homes and light commercial building for more than 20 years. Company History

1956 – Company was founded by Gordon Hartman and George Wassler. The first location was a small cabinet shop at 6126 Franklin Rd Boise Idaho.1975 - Bill Hartman joined his dad in the business buying out Gordon’s partner George Wassler.1976 - Pat Minegar was hired as an apprentice installer.

1982 - The company had grown substantially and a move to a larger location at 1204 Front St. Boise Idaho.

1983 - Scott Privette was hired as the installation manager. Pat Minegar was promoted to General Manager.

2000 - Pat Minegar and Scott Privette purchased the company from the Hartman family.

2000 – Carol Rasmussen was promoted to General Manager.

2003 - The company expanded their operation into McCall, Idaho.

2006 - The company moved into their existing facility at 327 Linder Rd Meridian Idaho.

2006 – Joel Biagi was promoted to Production manager and Tyson Garten was promoted to Operations manager.

2009 – Tyson Garten accepted the position as Marketing Director.
