In looking for a retirement home, it’s important to locate a well-built, single-level home near amenities. After four years of searching, looking at both new and existing homes, we drove past the model homes in Villa Rosa. One model was perfect size and layout! Since bare lots were still available, we were thrilled to select a lot of our choice, and then have the model built with a few minor changes. It turned out wonderful. And with being newly-built, the concern of maintenance of the older home that we previously owned (15+ years old) is no longer a concern.

Bill, Brayden, and crew were responsive to changes, friendly, and the work flowed smoothly. Building a home, even a spec home, is never an easy task (like some of the home shows make it seem!) but the team at Bill Davis construction did it well. Especially considering that we were living out-of-state, so almost all of it was done through emails and phone calls. Now that is truly amazing!

Villa Rosa community in Bridgetower. Selected because of the smaller home with small lots, most of the people living there are also empty-nesters or retirees. We enjoy having similar lifestyles, and being close to amenities and the airport for picking up visiting relatives.
